We generally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps requested before entering a contract where applicable. We do not use website enquiries for automated recruitment decisions.

Access is limited to people who need it for business administration. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and we may use Microsoft 365 for correspondence and records. Service providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. We periodically review records and delete information no longer required. Website submissions are not a secure channel for candidate screening evidence.
